The “Life Changes Trust” grant has facilitated further development of the Braeport Memory Cafe and other services for people with dementia in our community and their families/carers. Breda Seaman, who was been instrumental in getting ‘Dementia Friendly Dunblane’ off the ground, continues as co-ordinator for the project.
