Volunteering has been linked to improved mental health and well-being, providing individuals with a sense of purpose and fulfillment as they contribute to the betterment of their communities. Engaging in volunteer activities has also been associated with lower stress levels and enhanced social connections, fostering a positive impact on overall physical and emotional health.
