Braes of Doune Windfarm Community Fund

Dunblane’s Wind Farm Committee receives around £17,000 annually from the Braes of Doune Windfarm to distribute amongst community groups in Dunblane, Kinbuck and Ashfield. Up to £4000 is available for individual projects. The fund is administered by Dunblane Development Trust [DDT] and applications are assessed and approved by the committee of 6 community people; 3 nominated by DDT and 3 nominated by the Community Council. Thanks are due to the efforts of Christine Campbell, the volunteer administrator, and to the members of the allocation committee.
